Stockcharts

Hey,
I just set up an account at Stockcharts and I have a question... I was looking at the Stockcharts monthly $SPY ETF. The March 2000 high was $125.21, where as the $SPY chart on TD Ameritrade showed a March 2000 high of $155.75 (which I'm sure is correct)Whaaaat The Stockchart's Oct. 2007 high shows as $142.28 compared to TD A's $157.52. The 2002 & 2009 lows are off as well. Yet Stockchart's high for the present month agrees with TD A's $148.11

The Stockchart's monthly $SPX Index reads correct.

Another example: For $XLU ETF the Stockcharts shows a 2007 high of $37.86 and TD A shows a 2007 high of $44.66. Lows are off as well. Big huh?

I thought this was really weird and I am not setting the chart up correctly... Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Thanks. Smile_1

I haven't researched SPY in particular, however I do know that Stockcharts adjusts data for dividends. I believe there a page somewhere on their site that itemizes those adjustments.

Thanks, I found the page you referred to. That really skews long-term prices, wish they didn't do it like that. Sad Thanks for the help. Smile_1
